While our contingency rates are highly competitive, when selecting a provider for professional services, prioritizing results, service, and integrity outweighs cost. The primary criterion for choosing a commercial collections agency is their ability to recover your money successfully. Opting for a firm that employs low-cost, script-reading debt collectors at $15 an hour may save a few percentage points in expenses, but it may not maximize the likelihood of recovering your money.

Remember, there’s no fee unless we collect. Our contingency rates are determined based on the amount successfully collected:

We conduct a comprehensive debt collection effort under the banner of our collection agency. If this approach proves ineffective, we initiate another full effort under the auspices of our in-house law firm, all at the same contingency rates outlined above.

Other important information: We exclusively handle commercial collections claims, such as those against a business or the personal guarantor of a business debt. We do not pursue collections from individuals unless the debt incurred is business-related. Additionally, we do not handle claims for rent (whether from businesses or individuals), alternative financing “loans,” or cases where a judgment has already been obtained through litigation (unless we were involved in the litigation process that led to the judgment).
